'05 GMC Sierra

From the base model to additional trim levels and right down to the new hybrid version, the 2005 GMC Sierra is a pickup truck that looks less like the rest of its class. It can also be distinguished thanks to the added power from the formidable V8 engine.

The 2005 GMC Sierra has a number of options available for its engine. While the base model with the regular cab incorporates a V6 engine with a capacity of 4.3 liters, a more powerful 5.3-liter V8 engine is provided under the hood of the Crew Cab model. Additional power is available in the extended cab models with all-wheel drive, the horsepower for those models of the 2005 Sierra being as high as 310 horsepower.

Another feature worth mentioning about the 2005 Sierra is the Autotrac traction control mechanism designed by General Motors. Two-wheel drive versions of the 2005 Sierra are also available.
